facts necessary for the Court to determine if they satisfy the definition of a “high- frequency litigant” as provided by Cal. Civ. Proc. Code §§ 425.55(b)(1) & (2). Ghadiri and his counsel are DIRECTED to file a Response to this Order to Show Cause no later than August 1, 2025. Ghadiri or his counsel’s failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause in a timely or adequate manner may, without further warning, result in the dismissal of the entire action without prejudice or the Court declining to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the Unruh Act claim and the dismissal of that claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c). Additionally, on its own motion, the Court CONTINUES the trial from August 18, 2025, to September 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The Court also CONTINUES the Final Pretrial Conference from August 1, 2025, to August 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. All other case calendar dates remain unchanged.
