14 Defendant. 15 16 17 Plaintiff Andrea Macias commenced this social security action on September 13, 2023. 18 ECF No. 1.1 On April 3, 2025, the undersigned granted Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment 19 in part and remanded the matter for further proceedings and development of the administrative 20 record. ECF No. 29. Presently pending before the Court is a stipulation for attorneys’ fees 21 pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), filed May 29, 2025. ECF No. 31.
