On June 11, 2025, the undersigned issued a minute order advising Plaintiff that the 22 90-day deadline to serve either Defendants with the Complaint and Summons, pursuant to Fed. R. 23 Civ. P. 4(m), had passed. ECF No. 6. Plaintiff was ordered to show cause as to its failure to 24 serve Defendants within 14 days. Id. The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to comply would 25 result in recommendations to dismiss this action. Id.
