17 (Doc. 26) 18 19 Pending before the Court is the parties’ joint stipulated request for the award of attorney’s 20 fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d), in the amount of 21 $11,450.00 to Jonathan O.
