Discovery in this action is likely to 15 involve production of confidential, proprietary, or private information for 16 which special protection from public disclosure and from use for any 17 purpose other than prosecuting this litigation may be warranted. 18 Accordingly, the parties hereby stipulate to and petition the court to 19 enter the following Stipulated Protective Order.
