20 Pending before the Court1 is the motion of Defendant/Cross-Defendant Teleflora, LLC 21 (“Teleflora”) to dismiss the first amended cross-complaint (“FACC”) of Defendants Daniel 22 Andrade (“Andrade”), Samantha Andrade, DMS Flowers, LLC, and Maria Pantoja (collectively, 23 the “DMS Flowers Defendants”) and request therein for judicial notice, filed on May 23, 2025. 24 (Docs. 106, 106-2).
