11 ENPHASE ENERGY, INC., et al., Defendants. 12 13 14 Before the Court are two competing motions1 to appoint lead plaintiffs and lead counsel, 15 filed by Plaintiff HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH, ECF No. 16, and Plaintiffs 16 Cheshire Pension Fund and the Rhondda Cynon Taf Pension Fund (together, “UK Pension 17 Funds”), ECF No. 31. For the reasons explained below, the Court appoints HANSAINVEST as 18 Lead Plaintiff and Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP as Lead Counsel. 19 I.
