No. 2) 16 17 18 This matter is before the court on an ex parte motion for a temporary restraining order 19 filed on September 2, 2025 by plaintiff Harold J. Rucker, proceeding pro se. (Doc. No. 2.) For 20 the reasons explained below, plaintiff’s motion for a temporary restraining order will be denied. 21 BACKGROUND 22 On September 2, 2025, plaintiff filed his complaint against defendants CSAA Insurance 23 Exchange (“CSAA”) and Judges Christopher E. Krueger and Richard K. Sueyoshi of the 24 Sacramento County Superior Court. (Doc. No. 1.)
