12 13 Now before the Court is defendants’ motion for partial judgment on the pleadings. Dkt. No. 14 175. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court finds this matter suitable for resolution without 15 oral argument and VACATES the hearing set for October 17, 2025. For the reasons set forth below, 16 the Court GRANTS the motion. 17 18 BACKGROUND 19 I.
