(ECF Nos. 27, 29.) 22 On July 23, 2024, the Court revoked Plaintiff’s in forma pauperis status and directed 23 Plaintiff to pay the filing fee within 20 days. (ECF No. 38.) 24 On July 30, 2024, the Court granted Plaintiff’s motion to stop the deduction of the filing 25 fee for this action.
