12 I. TRIAL DATE & LENGTH OF TRIAL 13 Jury selection is set for October 15, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Trial is set to be held on October 14 15–October 17, and October 20. Trial days shall begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m., except 15 on October 16, when trial will run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Counsel shall be present in the 16 Courtroom at 8:00 a.m. to discuss any matters requiring resolution prior to commencement of trial 17 at 8:30 a.m. 18 A Juror Questionnaire screening conference is set for October 14, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. via a 19 Zoom webinar.
