On August 12, 2025, the Court issued 20 an order to show cause why the action should not be dismissed as duplicative of Dorton v. 21 Tortorice, Case No. 1:23-v-01784-JLT-GSA (PC). Plaintiff has failed to respond to the Court’s 22 order and the time to do so has passed.
