14 15 INTRODUCTION 16 Pro se Plaintiff Auliya Hughes brings this action against the San Francisco Unified School 17 District (“SFUSD”), Zachary Williams (identified in the Complaint as “Department of Public Health 18 Representative”), and Kathy Ballou (identified in the Complaint as “Nursing Director”), asserting 19 violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e 20 et seq..
