(See Compl. 24 (Docket No. 1) ¶¶ 1-5.) Defendant now moves to stay under the 25 first-to-file rule on the grounds that plaintiff’s action mirrors 26 another consolidated class action currently pending in the 27 Northern District of Illinois.
