(collectively, 16 “ChromaCode”) move for leave to amend their infringement contentions for two patents asserted 17 against defendant Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (“Bio-Rad”). Dkt. No. 128. Bio-Rad opposes the 18 motion. Dkt. No. 132. The Court held a hearing on this matter on September 16, 2025. Dkt.
