18 19 I. 20 INTRODUCTION 21 On June 14, 2024, plaintiff Samuel E. filed a complaint against defendant, the 22 Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner”), seeking a review 23 of a denial of a period of disability and disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) and 24 supplemental security income (“SSI”).
