12 13 On February 25, 2025, the Court dismissed the above-captioned case with prejudice. 14 Order Granting Motion to Dismiss (“Order”) (Dkt. No. 44). In the Order, the Court permitted 15 Defendants to “file their request for attorney’s fees in compliance with Civil Local Rule 54-5.” Id. 16 at 7. On March 11, 2025, Defendant Menzies Aviation (USA) Inc. filed a motion for sanctions 17 and attorneys’ fees, with a supporting declaration of Jennifer J. Johnston.
