No. 10, 13) Defendant. 16 17 18 19 Isaac St. John (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner 20 of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying his application for disability 21 insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. (Doc. No. 1). The matter is currently before the 22 Court on the parties’ briefs, which were submitted without oral argument. (Doc. Nos. 10, 13-14). 23 For the reasons stated below, the undersigned recommends granting Plaintiff’s motion for 24 summary judgment, denying the Commissioner’s cross-motion for summary judgment, and 25 remanding for further administrative proceedings. 26 ////
