22 23 Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by Defendants Earthgrains 24 Distribution, LLC and Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (collectively “Defendants”), seeking to 25 dismiss Plaintiffs Tlaloc Munoz, Miguel Ruiz, and Edgar Corona’s (collectively 26 “Plaintiffs”) claims with prejudice. (Doc. No. 61.)
