17 18 Plaintiff Jacqulynn Patricia Powell (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of 19 the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying her application 20 for disability benefits under the Social Security Act.
