For the reasons set forth 20 below, the undersigned recommends the District Court dismiss this action without prejudice for 21 Plaintiff’s failure to prosecute this action and/or comply with a court order. 22 BACKGROUND 23 Plaintiff initiated this action by filing a pro se Complaint on June 30, 2025.
