No defendant has been named or served, so no opposition or reply briefs have 21 been filed. For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s ex parte 22 application. 23 I. BACKGROUND 24 On September 30, 2025, Plaintiff filed a Complaint against Defendant “John Doe,” 25 who is allegedly a subscriber of Spectrum and assigned Internet Protocol (“IP”) address 26 24.25.214.125.
