FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 14 EL DORADO COUNTY, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se. Plaintiff’s complaint was filed with the 18 court on June 25, 2025. The court’s own records reveal that on March 5, 2025, plaintiff filed a 19 complaint containing virtually identical allegations against the same eight defendants. See Hill v. 20 El Dorado County, No. 2:25-cv-0751 SCR P (E.D. Cal.)1 Due to the duplicative nature of the 21 present action, the Court recommends that the complaint be dismissed. 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without 23 prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 24 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the District Judge assigned to this 25 case pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
