Civ. Code §§ 1790 et seq.) and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. On August 12, 2025, Defendant removed the action to this Court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction. On September 22, 2025, upon review of Defendants Notice of Removal, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause re Amount in Controversy, which Defendant responded to on September 29, 2025.
