(Doc. 22) 14 THE HOME DEPOT USA, INC., and DOES 1 to 50, 15 Defendant. 16 17 The Court has reviewed the Stipulated Protective Order filed by Plaintiff Michael Scott 18 and Defendant The Home Depot USA, Inc. on September 5, 2025. (Doc. 22.) Having considered 19 the stipulation, and finding good cause, the Court adopts the Stipulated Protective Order, subject 20 to the following modifications: 21 Paragraph 6.3, p. 7, lines 5-10: “If the Parties cannot resolve a challenge without court 22 intervention, the Designating Party shall file and serve a motion to retain confidentiality under 23 Civil Local Rules 140, 141, and 141.1 (and in compliance with Civil Local Rule 230, if 24 applicable) within 21 days of the initial notice of challenge or within 14 days of the parties 25 agreeing that the meet and confer process will not resolve their dispute, whichever is earlier” is 26 hereby…
