ORDER 14 DITOMAS, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff DuPree Lamont Adkins (“Plaintiff”), a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this 18 civil rights action seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United 19 States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On June 27, 2025, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein which 21 were served on the parties and which contained notice that the parties may file objections within 22 the time specified therein. (ECF No. 23.) Defendants filed timely objections to the findings and 23 recommendations. (ECF No. 24.) 24 Defendants object only to the magistrate judge’s recommendation that Defendants be 25 required to file answers in this action and the two new actions that will be opened once misjoined 26 claims are severed.
