14 GENA JONES, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant 18 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Pending before the Court is plaintiff’s motion for a temporary restraining 19 order filed September 8, 2025, and motions for extension of time and appointment of counsel. 20 (ECF No. 27.) For the reasons stated herein, this Court recommends that plaintiff’s motion for 21 temporary restraining order be denied. In addition, the Court vacates the pretrial motions 22 deadline, grants plaintiff’s request for 90 day extension, and denies the motion for appointment of 23 counsel. 24 I.
