The Court has read and considered the Motion and 21 concluded that it is suitable for decision without oral argument. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 78(b); 22 C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-15. Having considered the parties’ submissions, the relevant law, and the 23 record in this case, the Court DENIES the Motion. 24 I. BACKGROUND 25 On or about March 23, 2019, Plaintiff purchased a 2019 Cadillac XTS, manufactured 26 and sold by Defendant General Motors LLC (“Defendant”). (ECF No. 1-1 (“Complaint”) 27 ¶¶ 6, 9).
