The Court has 22 read and considered the Motion and concluded that it is suitable for decision without oral 23 argument. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 78(b); C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-15. Having considered the parties’ 24 submissions, the relevant law, and the record in this case, the Court DENIES the Motion. 25 I. BACKGROUND 26 On or about December 2, 2021, Plaintiffs purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 27 1500, manufactured and sold by Defendant General Motors LLC (“Defendant”).
