Stewart and Verne M. Manuelito (“Plaintiffs”). The Court has read 22 and considered the Motion and concluded that it is suitable for decision without oral 23 argument. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 78(b); C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-15. Having considered the parties’ 24 submissions, the relevant law, and the record in this case, the Court DENIES the Motion. 25 I.
