17 18 Plaintiff Georgette G. Purnell (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, 19 initiated this civil action on February 13, 2019. (Doc. 1.) On September 20, 2021, Defendant R. 20 T. Mora (“Defendant” or “Defendant Mora”) filed a motion for partial judgment on the 21 pleadings.1 (Doc. 26.)
