17 Plaintiff Mujaahid F. Harris (Plaintiff) is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in 18 this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed his initial complaint on 19 October 23, 2023, and he filed a first amended complaint on February 2, 2024. (ECF Nos. 1 20 and 8).
