17 18 Pending before the Court1 is the motion of Defendant Teleflora, LLC (“Teleflora”) to 19 dismiss the first amended complaint (“FAC”) of Plaintiffs Gibralter, LLC (“Gibralter”), and 20 Divinely, Inc. (“Divinely”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), filed on June 9, 2025. (Doc. 111). On June 21 23, 2025, Plaintiffs filed an opposition to the motion to dismiss, and on July 3, 2025, Teleflora filed 22 a reply. (Docs. 115, 121). Following review of the parties’ filings made in connection with the 23 motion, the Court deemed the motion suitable for disposition without hearing and oral argument. 24 (Doc. 122) (citing Local Rule 230(g)).
