(“Defendant”) moves for an order compelling Plaintiffs 20 Steven Prescott, Jonathan Horowitz, and Diane Carter (“Plaintiffs”) to serve their initial 21 disclosures and respond to the interrogatories and requests for production of documents 22 served by Defendant. ECF No. 62. Plaintiffs filed an opposition, to which Defendant 23 replied. ECF Nos. 72, 74. The Court found the matter suitable for determination on the 24 papers and without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1(d)(1). ECF No. 63.
