The 21 plaintiff alleges that her termination violated her First Amendment rights to free speech and free 22 exercise of religion under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, as well as her rights under Title VII of the Civil 23 Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., including failure to accommodate her religion and 24 religious discrimination.
