(ECF No. 1.) On June 4, 2025, the 23 action was transferred to this Court. (ECF No. 2.) 24 On July 7, 2025, the Court dismissed the action for failure to pay the filing fee or 25 submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). (ECF No. 5.)
