Smith Correctional Facility in 23 Riverside County, filed a pro se Complaint against Travelodge Motel based on various 24 incidents allegedly occurring in Defendant’s motel room (“Compl.,” ECF No. 1) along 25 with a Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (“IFP”).
