16 17 Petitioner Lisa Marie Perez is a state prisoner proceeding pro se on a petition for writ of 18 habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The matter was referred to a United States 19 Magistrate Judge 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On March 19, 2025, the magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations 21 recommending that Petitioner’s petition be summarily dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. (Doc. 22 No. 6.) The pending findings and recommendations were served on Petitioner and contained 23 notice that any objections thereto were to be filed within fourteen days after service.
