I. Background
This lemon law action arises out of Plaintiff’s purchase of a 2022 GMC Canyon. Dkt. # 1 (“NOR”), Ex. A (“Compl.”) ¶ 6. Plaintiff asserts causes of action under the Song- Beverly Consumer Warranty Act for breach of express and implied warranties, violations of Cal. Civ. Code § 1793.2(b), and violations of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. See NOR 2:4–8. Plaintiff filed this action in Los Angeles County Superior Court on March 5, 2025, and Defendant removed to this Court on August 1, 2025. See NOR. Plaintiff filed this Motion on August 15, 2025, arguing that the Complaint includes sufficient information
