10 KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITALS, et al., Re: Dkt. No. 8 11 Defendants. 12 13 Before the Court is defendant Kaiser Foundation Hospitals’ motion to dismiss plaintiff 14 Tatyana Litvinova’s complaint. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court determined that this 15 matter is suitable for resolution without oral argument and VACATED the hearing. For the reasons 16 set forth below, the Court GRANTS Kaiser’s motion and GRANTS plaintiff leave to amend. Any 17 amended complaint must be filed no later than November 7, 2025. 18 19 BACKGROUND1 20 Plaintiff Tatyana Litvinova is a nurse employed by defendant Kaiser Foundation Hospitals 21 (“Kaiser”).
