I. BACKGROUND

On February 13, 2023, Plaintiffs purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 (the “Vehicle”) manufactured by GM. (Complaint (Docket No. 1-1) ¶¶ 6, 9). In connection with the purchase, Plaintiffs received various warranties. (Id. ¶ 11). Following the purchase, Plaintiffs allege that defects manifested in the Vehicle, including electrical defects.
