15 16 Plaintiff Mary Catherine Baldi proceeds pro se in this civil action that Defendant Service Finance Co. LLC (SFC) removed from the Madera County Superior Court. (ECF No. 1). Generally, Plaintiff alleges that Defendant violated various federal and state consumer protection statutes in connection with reporting, and attempting to collect, a disputed debt. (ECF No. 1-2, p. 2). Now before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to remand this case to the Madera County Superior Court, which primarily argues that Defendant’s notice of removal fails to establish that the Court has Article III standing.
