(“Defendant”). (Doc. 1). By his complaint, Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), statutory damages under California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”), and damages for related state causes of action. Id.
