Defendant Arcee AI, Inc. (“Defendant” or the “Company”) timely opposed (ECF No. 18 (“Opp.”)), and Plaintiff replied (ECF No. 28 (“Reply”). The Court has read and considered the parties’ submissions and concludes that the Motion is suitable for decision without oral argument. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 78(b); C.D. Cal. L.R. 7- 15.
