On April 9, 2025, Adelfo Zatino Gutierrez (“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint against General Motors, LLC (“Defendant”) in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging violations of the Song- Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. (ECF No. 1-1.) Plaintiff's allegations arise from the purchase of a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado from Defendant.
