17 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Efren Linares’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion for Class Certification. (ECF No. 44.) Defendants ABM Industry Groups, LLC (“ABM”) and Flowers Baking Co. of Modesto, LLC (“Flowers Baking”) (collectively, “Defendants”) filed an opposition. (ECF No. 49.) Plaintiff filed a reply.
