Currently before the Court is a discovery dispute that Plaintiff Shawn Smallwood (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants SASD Development Group LLC (“SASD”), Thomas Carosella, and Lisa M. Carosella, James C. Lundy, and Tianna T. Lundy (collectively, “Defendants”) have agreed to submit to the Court for adjudication through the Court’s informal discovery dispute procedure. (Doc. 40). Relevant Background On October 4, 2024, Plaintiff initiated this action with the filing of a complaint against Defendants SASD, Thomas Carosella, and Lisa M. Carosella. (Doc. 2).
