16 Plaintiff Genoveva Gonzalez (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action with the filing of a complaint on March 27, 2025, in the Kern County Superior Court, case number BCV-25-101113. (Doc. 1). Defendant Walmart Inc. (“Defendant”) removed the case to this Court on June 20, 2025. Id. Plaintiff asserts claims against Defendant and un-served Defendant Deborah Walters arising from an injury Plaintiff sustained during a incident at Defendant’s Walmart store located in Bakersfield, California.
