VACAVILLE, et al., Respondents. 17 Jimmy Brown, a state prisoner seeking to proceed pro se, filed a pleading styled as a Petition for Writ of Mandate/Prohibition on a form for a petition brought under California Code of Civil Procedure §§1085, 1086, et seq. (ECF No. 1.) Respondent is the Vacaville County Superior Court. Petitioner seeks reimbursement for items that were missing following a cell search and requests that this court direct the state court to issue a new and different order pertaining to the matter.
