(Doc. 23) HPC INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, LLC, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Currently before the Court is a discovery dispute that Plaintiffs Travis Longley and Derek Moss (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendants HPC Industrial Services, LLC, and Clean Harbors, Inc. (“Defendants”) have agreed to submit to the Court for adjudication through the Court’s informal discovery dispute procedure. (Doc. 23). Relevant Background On March 18, 2024, Plaintiff Derek Moss filed a class action complaint in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, case number 24-STCV06730, that was removed to this Court on May 6, 2024. Case No. 1:24-cv-01479-KES-CDB (“Moss”) (Doc. 1).
